Nature Walks at Billingford Lakes
Walking Routes for everyone
Billingford Lakes set within 150 acres and provides the ideal location for your leisure activities; on the water of round the series of footpaths across the site.
We offer three guided walks throughout the site, allowing visitors to explore the tranquil lakes and wildlife. The identification boards along the route are sure to help the amateur explorer or keen bird water alike.
All the trails commence from the carpark – visit the catering vehicle to purchase your ticket. Your ticket gives you unlimited access to all the trails. The Discovery Trail is 2.5km, The Wensum Way is 3.2km and Roman Ramble is 4.7km.
There are activities on the trials, bird hides, wood carvings and something for the little explorers.
We have onsite catering available from freshly ground coffee and cake, through to a light lunch. We also alow you to bring your own picnic to enjoy on one of the benches along the trails.
Tickets: Adults £5, Children (3-15 years) £2.50, Infants (under 3 years) Free. Family ticket £12.50. Season tickets available.
Parking is free and well behaved dogs are welcome on a lead.
